DDS Interoperability Wire Protocol (RTPS)
Defines the wire protocol enabling interoperability between DDS implementations from different vendors. Specifies discovery, data serialisation, and reliable/best-effort delivery over UDP multicast. Ensures plug-and-play communication across heterogeneous DDS systems.
