The Transport Layer Security (TLS) Protocol Version 1.3
Authenticated encryption for communication channels. Reduces handshake to one round trip, removes legacy ciphersuites, and mandates forward secrecy. The baseline security protocol for HTTPS, MQTT/TLS, SMTP/TLS, and all modern secured transports.
