Circuit Breaker Pattern
Resilience pattern preventing cascading failures in distributed systems. Monitors remote call failures and trips open after a threshold, failing fast instead of waiting for timeouts. Defined states: Closed, Open, Half-Open. Implemented by Resilience4j, Hystrix, Polly.
